1. Introduction
PawsePal ("we", "our") is operated by Noble Attendants Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. We are committed to complying with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Noble Attendants Ltd is the data controller.

2. Data We Collect
Account data (email, name), dog profile data (breed, weight, conditions, diet), health check-in data, food log entries, barcode scans, and anonymous usage analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data
To provide personalised feeding calculations, generate AI health predictions, match food products against allergy profiles, improve our algorithms, send health alert notifications, and process payments via Stripe.

4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data. We share only: anonymised aggregated data with research partners (cannot identify you), service providers (Stripe for payments), and as required by law.

5. Community Database
When you scan or add a food product, the product information (not your personal data) is added to our community database to help all users.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, and object to processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@pawsepal.co. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security
All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Regular security audits. Two-factor authentication available.

8. Data Retention
Account data retained while active, deleted within 30 days of deletion request. You can export all data at any time.

PawsePal is operated by Noble Attendants Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15751062). Our service provides dog health and nutrition guidance and is for informational purposes only — not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions
Free, Premium (£4.99/month), and Pro (£9.99/month) plans are available. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.

4. Medical Disclaimer
PawsePal provides nutritional guidance based on veterinary science, but is NOT a replacement for veterinary care. Always consult your veterinarian for medical decisions about your dog. AI predictions are estimates and should not be used for diagnosis.

5. Community Database
Food data you contribute becomes part of the community database. You retain no proprietary rights over community-shared food product data.

6. Intellectual Property
PawsePal, its algorithms, designs, and content are © 2026 Noble Attendants Ltd. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application.

7. Limitation of Liability
PawsePal is provided "as is". We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following the app's guidance. Maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
